Located in the Firule district, about 2 km east from Diocletian’s Palace and in close proximity to the beaches, the Hotel Posh is a modern 5-star hotel in Split boasting design rooms with sea views, a fabulous infinity pool, a terrace and a sauna. The excellent breakfast is included in the rate.
The suites also have a fully equipped kitchen, however there are good restaurants in the surrounding area. This hotel could be a great solution to relax after your visit to Split. It also has free private parking.

It has a private beach and both outdoor and indoor pools, as well as sea-view terraces and a nice spa with saunas, steam rooms, and world-class treatments and massages. The hotel’s restaurant, called Fig Leaf, serves good international cuisine on a fabulous sea view terrace, while the bar serves great cocktails.
Hotel Ora Split
Located just minutes from the beaches to the east of Split and about 2 km from Diocletian’s Palace, which can be easily reached on foot, the 4-star Hotel Ora boasts free private parking, a good restaurant serving international and local cuisine, a bar and a fitness center.
It has modern and spacious rooms with large comfortable beds, complimentary toiletries and a delicious breakfast buffet included in the rate. It also offers affordable half-board and full-board packages.

Hotel Park Split is a historic hotel in Split, which has been in business since 1921. Recently renovated, this refined 5-star hotel boasts spacious, comfortable rooms equipped with every amenity. The congress center is among the most renowned in Split, so it is no surprise that it also boasts an excellent and luxurious restaurant, a spa, a fitness center and a beautiful terrace with sea view.
Some suites also have a private jacuzzi and a large terrace or garden. The generous buffet breakfast is included in the rate. The hotel is located just 1 km from Diocletian’s Palace, easily reachable with a walk, and one step away from the beach.

There are essentially three best areas to stay in Split. By booking early you can easily find good deals even in the best areas, no need to stay far from the main attractions (and pay more for transport and parking) or in dilapidated apartments.

Unsurprisingly, hotels in Split are slightly more expensive than hotels in other coastal towns in Croatia. The rates are comparable to those of other historic towns, such as Dubrovnik. However, the hotels in Split are of a very high standard: the old town is full of fabulous boutique hotels and guesthouses set in wonderful historic buildings. This has made Split a favorite destination for luxury travelers, who can find fabulous hotels and great restaurants serving the best of regional cuisine here.
